Refund Policy
Please read through our returns policy thoroughly before contacting us or returning goods.
We offer a no-hassle returns policy and will happily accept items returned back to us in their original undamaged packaging in a resalable condition for a full refund.
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the original purchase date with proof of purchase, please contact us to arrange for a returns number. Returned shipping costs are not refundable.
It is your responsibility to return items in a secure and safe manner, please ensure that the postage delivery covers the insurance value of the items as we will not be held responsible for lost items.
We offer a 30 day returns period for products purchased that you ordered incorrectly or have changed your mind. These products must be returned in the undamaged original packaging.
Returning Faulty or Damaged Goods
If you have received a product that has been damaged or is faulty, please contact us at hello@curvi.co.uk first before returning the product as many issues can be resolved without incurring shipping costs. Should the fault mean the device is inoperable, we may send you a replacement, but this will be at our discretion. We will normally require the faulty product returned.
All items purchased via www.curvi.co.uk will be covered by our manufacturer’s warranty. Guarantee terms will normally cover faults and defects but will not cover problems caused by incorrect usage, such as use for anything other than cutting human finger/toe nails, by the customer. CURVi will not cover the cost of any products returned if you have changed your mind.
How To Return Your Item
If your item is being returned due to a fault the return cost will normally be covered by us, the amount of return costs will be agreed and arranged by CURVi once a fault return number has been issued by us.
Do not return an item for any fault claim without receiving confirmation and a returns number first as many issues can be resolved without incurring shipping costs. Any returns will be at our discretion.
If you need to return an item please include your proof of purchase we cannot offer refunds without proof of purchase.
