Refund Policy

Please read through our returns policy thoroughly before contacting us or returning goods. 

 

We accept returns should you wish to cancel your order. You must inform us in writing at curvinailcare@gmail.com withing 14 days of your order. Then return the product within 14 days of communicating that you wish to cancel your order. It is your responsibility to return items in a secure and safe manner, please ensure that the postage delivery covers the insurance value of the items as we will not be held responsible for lost items. These products must be returned in the undamaged original packaging. 

Returning Faulty or Damaged Goods 

 

If you have received a product that has been damaged or is faulty, please contact us at curvinailcare@gmail.com first before returning the product as many issues can be resolved without incurring shipping costs. Should the fault mean the device is inoperable, we may send you a replacement, but this will be at our discretion. We will normally require the faulty product returned. 

 

CurVi Lifetime Warranty – Terms & Conditions
Coverage

CurVi warrants that its nail cutters are free from defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product when used under normal conditions and for their intended purpose.

This warranty applies to products used to cut human fingernails and toenails.

What Is Covered

At our discretion, CurVi may replace products that are determined to have a manufacturing defect or material failure resulting from normal and correct use.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover damage or failure resulting from, but not limited to:

  • Use on materials other than human nails

  • Excessive force, impact, dropping, or crushing

  • Use on artificial nail extensions, acrylics, hard builder gels, thickened materials, or foreign objects

  • Modifications, disassembly, sharpening, or alterations of any kind

  • Normal cosmetic wear that does not affect functionality

Any damage determined to be the result of misuse, abuse, or improper use is not covered under this warranty.

Warranty Claims

All warranty claims are subject to review and approval at the sole discretion of the CurVi Customer Service. Proof of purchase and/or additional information may be required to properly evaluate a claim.

Curvi reserves the right to deny any warranty claim where, in its reasonable judgment, the product damage is inconsistent with normal use on human fingernails or toenails.

Remedy

If a claim is approved, CurVi will provide a replacement product.

We put our product through 150,000+ cycles to be certain it will hold up for a lifetime of use. If yours doesn’t, then give our team a call on +44 7305 181991 or send us an email to curvinailcare@gmail.com. We'll happily assist you with a warranty claim.

We’d love any feedback you want to provide, and will do everything we can to get you cutting and slicing - not clipping - again.
