Our story began over ten years ago, when engineer and designer Eddie set out to reinvent one of the most overlooked everyday tools — the nail clipper. Frustrated with the cheap, clunky clippers on the market — prone to tearing, crushing, and breaking — Eddie saw an opportunity to apply his expertise and passion for precision engineering to something better.
From a small workshop in Harlow, Essex, Eddie spent years designing, testing, and refining what would eventually become CURVi. He sacrificed weekends, holidays, and countless late nights, working through prototype after prototype. Every component of CURVi was designed bespoke — not a single off-the-shelf part — with one mission in mind: to create the finest nail clipper on the market.
